NOTICE OF Hybrid PUBLIC MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the City of Wakefield Planning Commission will hold a Hybrid public meeting on April 16, 2021 beginning at 5:30 p.m. This meeting is a special scheduled meeting of the Wakefield Planning Commission.
The reasons for holding a Hybrid public meeting is to limit the spread of COVID-19 (novel coronavirus).
The Hybrid public meeting will be held as a web-conference, using Bluejeans Software. The public may participate in the Hybrid public meeting by two options:
Audio Only
The meeting may be accessed by phone by calling 1-408-419-1715 or 1-408-915-6290 and entering the access code 906 229 513 110 02 when prompted along with participant code 0859 followed by the #. The public will be able to listen to all discussion by Planning Commission members and will be permitted to speak for up to 3 minutes during the public comment sections of the agenda. Please mute until you would like to speak, the City will mute all lines at the beginning of the meeting. You may mute and unmute your phone line by dialing 6 on your phone at the appropriate time.

Due to COVID restrictions Board of Review meetings will be held virtually on Monday, March 15, 2021 and Tuesday, March 16, 2021 between the hours of 5:00 P.M. and 7:00 P.M.
